訂單一經確認,我們將不接受任何理由取消或更改。

Once the order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change in any condition.


RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS


我們於產品運送前會再三檢查,盡力確保產品品質。如產品在送抵時有任何損壞,請於貨物送抵後7天內whatsapp (+852 9500 5115)  通知我們產品損壞狀態,並附上照片,以便商討有關換貨安排。請注意所有包裝必須完整保留並出示購貨之單據,否則我們有權拒絕換貨。於檢查後,我們會為閣下安排更換同款商品(退款,更換成其他商品將不予接受)。對於不符合要求的商品,我們將不予接受更換,並會原樣寄回給顧客。


All items undergo a comprehensive quality check for damage before we are delivering to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by whatsapp (+852 9500 5115) within 7 days (with photo attachment). After checking, we will issue a replacement. The shipping, tax and duties ' costs on the replacements will not be charged.

Please ensure that all returned items must be in well packaged. The original sales invoice is also required. Otherwise, afterhours. reserves the right to refused to exchange.
